The area around the eyes (periorbital region) is one of the first places people begin to notice signs of aging. Because of this, upper and lower eyelid and brow rejuvenation are among the most frequently preformed facial cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Bryant performs a wide variety of eyelid procedures including laser and chemical peels, upper and lower minimally invasive blepharoplasty, eyelid lift with fat transfer, ptosis repair, and cancer and trauma reconstruction.

Most eye treatments can be performed in our office using topical and local anesthesia. If you prefer the comfort of light sedation, the procedure can also be performed at a nearby ambulatory surgical center. In many cases, eyelid surgery is performed in combination with other facial rejuvenation procedures. If you have concerns about your eyelids, please contact us to schedule an in person consultation.

This patient underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty. She wanted to reduce the heavy look of her upper eyelids and the fat deposits of her lower eyelid. This was achieved using twilight anesthesia. Notice the significantly improved appearance while still getting a very natural appearing result.

This patient underwent minimally invasive upper and lower eyelid lift under twilight anesthesia. She had congenital hypertrophy of her orbicularis muscle and significant fat deposits around her eyes. Her skin and tissues were gently re-contoured and small amounts of excess tissues were removed. This allows for a smooth contour and natural appearance after surgery.

This patient underwent lower eyelid only surgery. The procedure was performed using light oral sedation and local anesthesia in our office. The procedure time for lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer varies, but averages around 1 hour.

Most patients return to their regular activity after the skin sutures are removed 5-7 days post-operatively. If you are considering filler, laser, or surgical lower eyelid rejuvenation, we would love to meet you!
