Face and Neck Rejuvenation

Photo of a woman smiling while looking out the window

Dr. Bryant’s total facial rejuvenation uses a minimally invasive deep plane facelift approach. This advanced facelift method is only performed by a few surgeons across the country and has been proven to offer natural results, while being extremely safe and effective.

By gently supporting the face and neck soft tissues, the procedure results in a more youthful appearance. It’s a safe, natural and long-lasting cosmetic improvement.

Dr. Bryant is well trained and also performs other more traditional SMAS facelift methods. However, he has found that most patients get the best results using the advanced deep plane approach.

For patients that have previously been treated by other surgeons, Dr. Bryant offers a personalized service to maintain or correct any facial aging or post-operative concerns you may have. Revision procedures include secondary facelifts, revision facelifts, and minimally invasive treatments, such as laser therapy, liposuction, and radiofrequency using Morpheus8 or EmbraceRF with FaceTite and AccuTite.

What to Expect

The face and neck lift is generally performed under IV sedation at an outpatient surgical center. Some patients choose to have their procedure performed in our office. This is discussed individually with each patient during our consultation.

Pre-Procedure Appointment

Before your procedure, you’ll meet with Dr. Bryant and his surgical care coordinator. Your personal treatment plan will be reviewed and you’ll be provided with all pre-operative and post-operative instructions — as well as medication if applicable.

Post-Procedure Experience

Many patients are surprised by the minimal amount of pain experienced, and often only require Tylenol after the first one to two days. Sutures are typically removed within seven to ten days. And, most patients are comfortable resuming light social activity in about two weeks.

Necklift

Not all patients need or want total facial rejuvenation. Instead, a necklift can offer permanent cosmetic improvements at the jaw and neckline. This procedure treats excess skin and fat under the jaw, while tightening up the musculature and supporting the deeper neck tissues.

Dr. Bryant offers an extended deep plane necklift as well as other traditional necklift techniques, such as SMAS-based procedures and direct necklift, as well as corset platysmaplasty. He also offers advanced minimally invasive treatments (FaceTite, AccuTite, Liposuction, Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling) for patients that prefer a shorter recovery time.
