Surgical Neck Lift Procedures

Unlike a mini facelift, a full neck lift addresses the platysma muscle that is responsible for creating vertical neckbands (cobra neck).
Mini Neck Lift Surgery A mini neck lift focuses on restoration of the neck and jawline areas while minimizing the incision to hide it behind the ear.
It helps restore definition and contour giving you a more youthful, rested appearance. Every patient is different, and Dr. Bryant will work with you to customize your neck procedure based on your needs. A mini neck lift surgery can also provide chin fat reduction for a double chin and shape a more sculpted jawline contour.
Neck Liposuction Refine Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics
Neck liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes small pockets of excess fat that are hiding the chiseled jawline beneath.
Surgical neck fat reduction can be performed without the need for general anesthesia since we are working on a small area of the face. Light sedation is available for patients that prefer it. This procedure can also be combined with other treatments, either in the office or in the operating room.
Many forms of liposuction also have a liquid anesthetic injected into the tissues to reduce discomfort during the procedure and help break up the fat, called tumescent. Neck and chin lipo are permanent solutions for a double chin or chin fat. However, it will not fix loose jowls. Buccal fat reduction, facelifting, facial micro-liposuction, or other skin tightening treatments are needed for this.
Fusion Neck-Lift Surgery The 3-stitch Neck Lift Dr. Lucas Bryant has developed this procedure after working with many patients that wanted the best of both worlds.
This treatment was designed for patients who wanted the rapid recovery of non-surgical treatment, but also wanted a more powerful rejuvenation that usually requires regular surgical methods. This approach uses a small incision hidden underneath your chin. Excess fat is removed and the neck muscles are gently supported and tightened to restore a natural-appearing neckline. Liposuction may also be performed if needed.
Once the neckline is restored through this single incision, EmbraceRF or FaceTite is performed. This procedure uses RF energy to tighten and stimulate the supportive tissues under the skin. It also stimulates the skin to help tone, thicken, and create more collagen. At the end of the treatment, RF micro-needling is used to stimulate and restore the skin. This may be combined with PRP if desired.
What to Expect From a Neck Lift
The face and neck lift is generally performed under IV sedation at an outpatient surgical center. We have six convenient locations throughout the greater Nashville metro area to provide easy access no matter where our patients are coming from. Some patients choose to have their procedures performed in our office. Some procedures may only require topical anesthesia or light sedation. This is discussed individually with each patient during our consultation. Our goal is to ensure your comfort and safety during the procedure, first and foremost.
Pre-Procedure Appointment
Before your procedure, you’ll meet with Dr. Bryant and his surgical care coordinator. Your personal treatment plan will be reviewed and you’ll be provided with all preoperative and postoperative instructions — as well as medication if applicable.

Post-Procedure Experience
Many patients are surprised by the minimal amount of pain experienced, and often only require Tylenol after the first one to two days. Sutures are typically removed within seven to ten days. And, most patients are comfortable resuming light social activity in about two weeks.

Morpheus8 Radiofrequency Microneedling

It is most often compared to ultherapy, but many patients prefer Morpheus because there is significantly less pain during the procedure and the results seem to be more consistent.
